Cancellation can be requested within 3 days after payment confirmation, with the right to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

After this period, a refund of 50% of the total amount will be granted if cancellation is requested before the service is performed.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be entitled to a refund, due to the blocking of the agenda and exclusive reservation of the date.
