Cancellation may be requested within 2 days after payment confirmation, with the right to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

After this period, a 50% refund of the total amount will be granted if the cancellation is requested.

Cancellations made less than 4 days (96 hours) before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund due to the reservation of the date and the blocking of our schedule.
