Do you provide marriage licenses?
No. The couple must obtain the license from the Clark County Marriage License Bureau before the ceremony.
The marriage license is issued by the county and must be picked up by the couple before the ceremony. The good news is that the process in Las Vegas is quick and easy—and I’ll be happy to assist you every step of the way.
To obtain a marriage license at the Clark County Marriage License Bureau, both parties must appear in person with an original government-issued photo ID, such as:

* Official identification document
How far in advance should we obtain the marriage license?
We recommend obtaining the marriage license at least one day before the ceremony to avoid unforeseen problems. In Las Vegas, the process is usually quick and simple, and the license is issued on the same day.

What happens after the ceremony?
I sign and submit the license for registration with the county.
